Condition & logistics
Running vs. Not Running
Whether your van is still running or has seen its last trip, Heart Wheels accepts all conditions. We believe that every vehicle has something to offer, even if it needs some TLC.
Title Issues
If your van has title issues, don't worry! We can still help you navigate the donation process. Just give us a call, and we’ll guide you through the paperwork.
Storage/Pickup Logistics
Worried about where to store your van until pickup? We’ve got you covered! Heart Wheels offers flexible pickup options, making the process smooth and hassle-free, no matter your situation.
Title transfer & paperwork
When donating your van or minivan in Nevada, it’s important to handle the title transfer correctly. You'll need to complete the Nevada DMV form VP 242 for the title transfer, and if you're unable to visit the DMV in person, notarization may be required. Remember to remove your plates and return them to the DMV to avoid any future liabilities—it's all part of making your donation a smooth process.
Tax deduction for this donation
Donating your van or minivan can also provide you with a nice tax deduction! Depending on the vehicle's condition, you could see a deduction ranging from $500 to the fair market value, especially if it’s been sold by Heart Wheels. Don’t forget that we’ll provide you with IRS Form 1098-C to help you with your tax filing!
