When you're ready to donate your car but can't be home during the day, our evening pickup service is designed for you. We understand your busy schedule, which is why we offer convenient pickup times between 4 PM and 7 PM. Simply fill out our donation form, and our dispatcher will coordinate the details with you, ensuring a smooth process even when you're not on-site.
During the summer months, we have extended evening daylight to make this simpler and safer. You'll just need to leave the keys and the vehicle title in a mutually agreed location, ensuring the pickup goes off without a hitch. To facilitate this, please be prepared with all necessary documentation and clear instructions for our tow operators.

Honest expectations
While we strive to accommodate same-day and after-hours pickups, please understand that it may not be feasible during peak times. Our evening service is typically available, but scheduling may vary based on dispatcher coordination and tow operator availability. We recommend planning ahead, especially if you require specific timing or have special circumstances. Also, be aware that if you don’t have the title, additional state-specific options will apply.
How pickup logistics work
Our dispatcher plays a key role in coordinating your pickup. They will communicate with you to finalize details, and our network of tow operators is well-trained in handling evening pickups. You can expect a brief call or text from the driver on their way to ensure you're informed about the arrival time. This way, even if you’re not home, the process proceeds smoothly and efficiently.
Nevada pickup notes
Nevada offers a diverse range of neighborhoods, from urban to rural, and the access for pickups may vary accordingly. In urban areas, our tow operators are familiar with local street-parking regulations and HOA permits. In suburban and rural areas, the visibility and accessibility at night are crucial; we prioritize your safety during the evening hours, so make sure the location is well-lit and clearly marked.
